Question:
I just bought a 12 f250 with your ride right system on it. The compressor works, but the bags are busted, and the leveling system is damaged. Can u help with this?

Expert Reply:
The Ride-Rite Air Helper Spring Kit # F2597 on your 2012 Ford F-250 is made by Firestone. I can help you with the busted air bags since we sell the Replacement Air Spring for Firestone Ride-Rite Kit # F6401. However, the Automatic, Single-Gauge Pneumatic Height-Control Valve # F2186 or # F2017 only has the Air Line Service Kit # F2012 as a replacement part. If you can let me know what is damaged I could check to see if it can be repaired or you could contact Firestone directly.

It's a box that u clips on to the leafspring. It has a magnet that slides up and down the box to let the bags know whether to inflate or deflate.. I have the whole system in place with a working compressor. I just have 2 busted bags and the leveling piece is broken. Is there a way to send u a pic?
