I have a leer 350m hard fiberglass cover for my 2019 f150, is the cync latch you have listed the correct one to replace a broken latch?

I cannot remove the outer cync latch on either side. So these replacement parts are useless. The video from Leer on replacing a cync latch applies to another style of tonneau cover, not applicable to the 350M. Basically wasted my money on these replacement parts where you can't remove the old ones.
