Can the Curt A16 Head Be Used With the R20 Slider Base
Published 03/07/2024 >
Question:
I have a head for a curt A16. I also have a base for an R20. As long as I dont go over the rating for the head, can I use these together? Im going to be pulling a small 13k 5th wheel and wanted to see if I can use this while I save up for an autoslide. Thanks in advance!

Hey Chris good news, you can absolutely use the R20 slider with your Curt A16 head # C16520. The only thing you need to know is that you're going to be limited to the 16K capacity of the head, even though the slider is rated for 20K.
