Hey Clay, so when installing the Roadmaster base plate kit part # RM86FR on a 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 there aren't any new holes that need to be drilled but due to manufacturing variances there might be one hole that needs to get enlarged with a 13/32 inch drill bit. You can see this in step 12 of the attached install instructions link.
