I need 2 Part#17512 L Brackets for a model 17500 curt torsion bar and 2 pins that hold the torsion bar to the hitch.

So the 17512 part number you gave me actually corresponds to the Replacement Spring Bar Lift Tool for Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # C17512.
However, for the frame brackets we have the Frame Brackets for Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # C17515 for up to 8" frames or # C17508 for up to 6" frames.
Both of these kits do include the pins and clips but if you wanted to purchase extra or whatever you can use # C17513.
