Need towing base frame plate for 2008 chev 1500 4x4 I have the blue ox towing bar will the new plate slide in frame where I pulled the round piece that you hook on to pull your truck out of the mud

Hey Jimmy, thanks for reaching out!
Yes, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1674 will replace the front tow hooks on your 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500. You'll have to trim your front fascia a little and drill through the frame some but that's pretty standard on base plate kits.
