Question:

I’m looking for a replacement light cover for our puck lights in our 2023 Entegra Accolade Xl. I can’t send you pics as it keeps saying “ Upload unsuccessful - File name must exclude: /, \, :, *, ?, , , , _, or “ every time I try to take a pic or upload a pic!! Help?! Thank you!!!

Hey Lisa, this can be a little tricky, but when you go to upload your photo make sure the file name does not have: /, \, :, *, ?, , , , _, or “. If it does, change the file name and delete whichever characters are in the name that need to be excluded. For example, if your photo was named: "Picture_.jpg" - you'd need to remove the underscore, and save it again.

As far as your puck light cover goes, we do have plenty to choose from like the Replacement Frosted Plastic Lens for Command Electronics Glantastic LED RV Puck Light # CE54FR which is 4 1/4" diameter. If you can let me know what light it is specifically you need a replacement for that would be the best option, otherwise a picture with the needed measurements would be fine.
