Yes, it is! I checked with BAK Industries and the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover item # BAK62VR you were looking at is compatible with the BAKBox 2 Collapsible Truck Bed Toolbox item # BAK92120.
I can confirm that both of these parts will fit the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the 5-3/4' bed length. Additionally, the tool box works with the 6-1/2' and 8' bed lengths.
