Kyle S answered me on crossbars for 2018 GLS 450. Rhino-Rack Vortex StealthBar Roof Rack # JA8938 - perfect but the recommended Lockrack Adjustable Watersport Carrier # LR24VR. thats too big. I just want the LR59FR, but I see that it is a channel mount Can I get the smaller surf rack on to work with JA8938? if not, let me know and Ill have to go with some crossbars that are not flush. LMK thanks John

Hello again, John! Happy you liked the StealthBar # JA8938 and the answer to your question is, you can absolutely use the channel mounted Lockrack Surfboard Rack # LR59FR.

The base of the Lockrack # LR59FR is a mere 13-3/4 inches long, while the StealthBar # JA8938 crossbars have a top channel and measure more than 35 inches long, so there's plenty of room for the carrier.
