Hey Ronnie, I attached a link to this page that shows all of the roof racks that are a fit for your 2021 Toyota Highlander with a naked roof but my favorite option is the Yakima Jetstream part # Y00429, # Y28TR, # Y06153, # Y06132 as we had chance to install all of the racks we carry and we all agreed the Yakima racks are the nicest and the easiest to use. This is a through bar design which means the bars are longer than the feet of the rack which is great for if you need max bar space.
