The best solution we have to cover the OEM puck hole system on your 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali is with the Replacement Puck Plug Covers for Elite and Signature Series Fifth Wheel Rails # 58199. These were designed around the Reese system (which is OEM for Ford trucks) but we've received feedback from customers that these will at least plug the pucks.

If you're also needing a cover for the gooseneck receiver in the middle of the puck system then I recommend the B&W Rubber Cover # BWGNXA1710.

For direct OEM replacements you'll have to reach out to your local GM dealer.
