Can Hollywood Racks Destination E-Bike Rack Carry Lectric XP E-Bikes without Frame Adapter

Question:

I have 2 LETRIC XP 2.0 STEP THROUGH BIKES. Each bike with battery is about 64 lbs ea. Will the Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2 Hitches - Frame Mount Item # HLY66ZR work with these bikes? I do not want to use the cross bar accessory I see shown sometimes. Bikes have fenders also . Thank you
