I have a 2003 Ford superduty motorhome, E-450 class C with a T-9FH4 HD, the air sleeves leak down over night will these fit that system?

Sorry Charles, I cannot find any suspension components which reference your T-9FH4 HD on your 2003 Ford E-450 Class C Chassis. This may be a part number from Ford or the RV manufacturer that only they can identify. I do not see that Firestone references a set of springs like the # F9002 you found. They only have their kits # F2377 and # F2153 which use the Replacement Spring # F6397(Kit F2377) or # F6781(Kit F2153).
If you are able to remove the spring and send me images and measurements of the spring I can reach out to Firestone to determine if they can identify a suitable replacement spring.
