Whats the replacement key for a factory roof rack of a 2011 bmw x3 35i. The letters i see on the roof rack is 007.

It looks like Thule is the manufacturer for the OEM roof racks on BMW's so the correct replacement key would in fact be the Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carrier # THKEYN007 you were looking at.
