How can i tell if the handheld remote is bad or the control box is bad?

The Superwinch Terra Series ATV Winch # SW1125220 comes with a handlebar controller as well as the remote so if only the wired remote isn't working then you need the Replacement Wired Remote Control # SW93GR, otherwise we'll need to look at replacing the control box.
