As the Top Rail Kit 59798 was discontinued in late 2017 it is unlikely it will return. You might consider a rack like the Thule T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever # TH37005XT-EX for your 2023 Toyota Tacoma. This will fit either a 5' or 6' bed and the cantilever will add 32" of length to the rack over the cab.
