Parts Needed to Install Yakima Round Bar Crossbars on 2024 Honda Pilot with Raised Rails

Question:

I have a 2024 Honda Pilot Trailsport with raised roof rails about 1 3/8inch 35mm deep. My Yakima RailGrab towers with the small claws do not fit. I have read somewhere that the large claws Item # Y80144 with 2 step profile will fit some rails on the first step but I cannot find dimensions of the large claw to determine if it would fit my rails. Thanks.

Based on the picture and dimensions of your raised rails the correct claw from the RailGrab system you would need to use the medium claw which unfortunately a size that was discontinued. Maybe you could find it elsewhere and it was part number Y8880205.

The best solution I can provide is the current Yakima foot kit part # Y33TR which does fit your 2024 Honda Pilot raised rails with the round bar adapter part # Y03536.
