The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98882 is going to be class III rated and more than capable of working for your 10,000lb boat. If you are wanting the strongest pin you can get we do have the InfiniteRule # 34061071-D which has a sheer strength of 42,000lbs.
