Can i use a rv transfer switch to run a single circut like my furnace fan for an emergency with small generator?

Yes, you can use a single circuit with a transfer switch like the Furrion part # F50ATS. You'd run your generator and your RV power supply to the transfer switch and then the output to the furnace and it could be then powered by either power source.
