I recommend using the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550040 on your 2024 Ram 1500. This hitch will automatically slide back in the bed as your turn ensuring you have enough clearance and do not hit your cab with the front corner or 5th wheel camper. You will need the Rail Kit # DM8552032-71 to mount this is your bed.
The Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 41157 will allow you to install a 7-way connector in your bed. This protects your wiring from damage that is often caused from stretching over your tailgate to the bumper connection.
