The manual says not for diesel models. Which kit should be used for diesel 3500 denali Sierra?

I checked the manual and also reached out to Blue Ox to confirm this but found no notes and Blue Ox stated that the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1739 would be a compatible fit for your 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 (diesel). If you haven't picked out the rest of your flat towing components then I have the following recommendations:

Tow Bar: etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e67ZR. This tow bar includes safety cables so you won't have to purchase them separately. The head/shank is also adjustable to help keep the tow bar level between the motorhome and Sierra.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will splice into your factory wiring to display the motorhome's traffic signals through the tail lights of the Sierra.

The battery will need to be disconnected so I recommend also picking up the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM93MR to make this easier.

Braking System: If your motorhome has hydraulic brakes then you'll want the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251. This system has an indicator light that needs to tap into the brake light switch on your Sierra. Since yours isn't accessible you'll need a stop light switch # RM56VR in order to simulate this signal.

If your motorhome has air brakes then you'll need the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # SM99243 instead. This uses a reed switch so you won't need the stop light switch kit for this system.
