Do 3 of the 6 mounting holes in the Fulton flange correspond to the typical 3 tapped holes in the standard non Fulton coupler assy.

Yes and no. You would likely be able to mount the Fulton jack # F1413250334 on an industry standard 3 inch hole spacing. However, this jack has a unique shape, it is not round. It is a hexagon, and is not likely to fit in a standard A-frame hole. It is designed to fit a specific coupler, # F44305F0317.
