Thanks for the quick response Kevin. I will do some more investigating, but I believe the baseplate will work. Can you recommend selections for rest of the system? I would like to use a “stay in place” breaking system. 2” Receiver on the motor home Motor home has hydraulic brakes. Tow Bar ? Wiring kit ? Towed vehicle is a 2017 Jeep Wrangler (JK) Sahara Unlimited I appreciate all your help..

I'd be happy to make some recommendations for your 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited. You'll want the following components to complete your setup:

Tow Bar: If the # BX1134 does end up fitting with your bumper you'll want the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e47ZR. This comes with safety cables included so you won't have to purchase them separately. The head/shank are adjustable to help keep the tow bar level between the motorhome and Wrangler.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will transfer your motorhome's traffic signals through to the tail lights of your Wrangler.

Braking System: The Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 would be a great option as long as your motorhome has hydraulic brakes. This system comes with an indicator light to let you know when the brakes are being applied. This light will need to splice into your Wrangler's brake light switch wire, which is brown/white.

If your motorhome has air brakes then you'll want the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # SM99243 instead.
