I have safety u bolts that are 4 inches long and 2 inches from center to center. could you help me find the correct part number for this please

The Safety-Chain U-Bolt Kit # C113 is going to be the closest to the dimensions you provided. These bolts are 3-3/4" long with the center to center measurement on the bolts being 2.2" on center. I have provided an image with all the different measurements for you to verify if this kit will work for your application.
