Will this kit work for a 2015 Chevy 3500 with an aluminum flatbed? I already have the BandW patriot slider for my other truck.

Since flat beds sit up a little higher than standard truck bed the B and W rail kit # BWRVK2506 that you referenced wouldn't work since the top portion of the mounting brackets wouldn't line up. Also, since the bed is taller your hitch would end up too tall and your trailer would be nose high. You'd need to use a low profile fifth wheel hitch like the B and W Companion Hitch for Flatbed trucks part # BWRVK3050.
This would require the flat bed B and W hitch part # BWGNRK1500.
