Yes, there is! To add a hitch to a 2023 Porsche Macan S you will want the Draw-Tite item # 75940. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Porsche with included hardware. I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts entirely behind your rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver exposed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
