I just would like to know if the Ultra-Fab Locking Multi-Purpose Access Door for RVs - 8inch Wide x 7-1/4inch Tall - Chrome will fit on a 2023 Ford E450 super duty fuel tank opening, if so, will the pre drilled holes will match the ones already in the rig, thank you.

I'm not quite sure what the measurements would be for your F-450's fuel tank opening so I've attached a couple of drawings below of the Ultra-Fab Locking Multi-Purpose Access Door for RVs # UF48-979010 showing the dimensions of the access door and its mounting holes so you can verify with the dimensions of your fuel port.
