Are there special instructions for installing on a pipe top trailer? Any modifications to trailer needed?

The important consideration with the Rack em Double Trailer Tailgate Assist is the height at which it is mounted on the trailer relative to the height of the tailgate.
Rack 'Em recommends using muffler clamps when mounting the tailgate assist to a round pipe.
