Question:

Is there a way to fit a Malone J hook kayak rack to a square extrusion bar such as the Victory 4x4 or Prinsu roof rack? If not is there a kayak rack you can suggest? I would like to carry two 12 foot kayak on my roof rack. Vehicle is. 2020 Toyota Tacoma with a camper shell, the ladder rack is over both the cab and camper shell.

You can likely use a Malone J style kayak carrier such as Malone J-Pro2 # MPG117MD on those roof racks, but you'll need to check a thing or two first. If the crossbars are less than 1-/2" tall and less than 3-1/2" wide then this Malone carrier will clap around the crossbars.

Another option is to use this kayak carrier in combination with Truck Rack T-Slot Fit Kit # MPG8287 as long as the roof rack has common industry-standard T-Tracks on top which measure approximately 1" by 3".
