2020 F-150 SuperCrew - does the factory installed running board need to be removed to mount this step? Thanks!

The Carr LD Custom Fit Side Step # CAR43MR mounts to the rocker panel on your 2020 Ford F-150. Unfortunately, that means it is not compatible with your current running boards. This step, and others like it, would require removing the factory running boards for installation.
