can this rack fit on a 2005 Malibu maxx. I also have a spoiler at the top of the hatch. Also can it hold a womans bike?

According to Thule, their 2 bike Passage model you referred to, part # TH910XT will indeed fit your 2005 Malibu Maxx, as long as the spoiler you described is factory and not aftermarket installed.
The rack can indeed carry women's bikes, but because doing so will place the bike at a steep angle that might compromise ground clearance, using a frame adapter like part # 64005 is highly recommended. The adapter bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, providing a level connection point to the rack.
