No, it will not. There are no 2" hitches available from anyone for a 2018 Honda Civic. The only hitches available are class I 1-1/4" hitches due to the small size and capacity of a Honda Civic.

To add a hitch to your daughter's 2018 Honda Civic sedan, I recommend the Draw-Tite item # 24954. This hitch is custom fit and mounts behind the rear bumper cover. The only portion visible is the 1-1/4" receiver which not only looks better but helps with ground clearance.
