Troubleshooting Furrion Propane RV Range Oven Temperature Maxing at 225 Degrees

Question:
How do I adjust the temperature know on my oven? I turn it an it wont go any higher then 225 degrees.

I'm assuming you're turning the knob above the flame symbol to 350 degrees or higher and you're still maxing out at 225 degrees on the # FR97KR. It sounds like you don't have enough inlet pressure. I would have a professional come out to check the pressure and make sure it meets the technical specifications of 10” WC Min to 13.8” WC Max.
