Does Install Hardware of Detail K2 Plow Mount Have Torque Specs

I received the mount and the included instructions do not list any torque values. Is there a recommended torque for the bolts?

The install hardware of the Detail K2 part # K281521 does not have stated torque values so you would need to get them tight with hand tools.
