Question:
I have an older utility trailer with 175-80-13 in. wheels. I need a replacement rim that is rated at 1550 - 1650 lb. dot rating. 4 hole lug nuts, solid steel. I am not concerned about the fancy looks - ie spokes, pin striped ect. I just need a heavy duty load rated rim. does this rim have the load rating of 1660 lb. stamped in the rim? if it does then this is the type of rim I need. again load rating is very important for me on this utility trailer that will be used for heavy loads. I have searched and found very few rims that are rated at 1660lb. thanks

I went out to the warehouse and verified that the Americana Conventional Steel Wheel, # AM20202, is stamped for 1,660 lbs at 65 psi. This wheel has a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern and is 13 inches in diameter by 4-1/2 inches wide.
If you want new tires as well, I recommend checking out the Kenda Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire, # AM10210, or the Kenda Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire, # AM1ST77. These are load range D tires with a weight capacity of 1,610 lbs at 65 psi.
If you also need a valve stem, you can use part # AM20903, which can handle a maximum tire pressure of 65 psi.
