Does the Yakima GateKeeper Tailgate Pad Have a Weight Capacity

Does this have a weight capacity? Obviously the truck holds the weight of the bike but do the straps have a weight limit?

The Yakima GateKeeper Tailgate Pad # Y38AR does not have a weight capacity for the exact reason you mentioned. The truck will handle all of the weight.
When it comes to the straps those don't have a weight rating either because they just help to keep a bike from shifting on the pad. When you start to get into heavier E-Bikes it's always a good idea to use an actual bike rack for those because they are nicer bikes and you won't want them to be resting on the frame like that - at least for longer trips.
