Good afternoon - Will this hitch fit on the TDI version of the Passat 2014. I understand that the Adblue tank creates an interference.

Curt trailer hitch # C11234 is listed as a fit for the 2014 Passat TDI with the 2.0 liter motor. I have linked a video showing installation and a link to the instructions. It is possible that the extra tank on the diesel may make installation a little more difficult if it is in the way. Take a look at the instructions and video then compare them to the underside of your car to determine if there will be any issues.
