I have a 2005 Thule rack T1?and need a new front wheel cradle. What is the spacing of the holes for the screws which attach the cradle to the rack? Mine looks to be 5.5”.

The Tire Front Wheel Tray # 8523598001 for Thule T1 or T2 Classic Platform Bike Racks spaces the holes 5-3/16" on center.
