Does this hitch fit the 2024 Chevrolet custom trail boss? Do the front tow hooks stay or do you have to remove them?

Yes, it does. The Curt Front Mount Hitch item # C22NR has been confirmed to fit the Trail Boss models of the 2024 Chevy Silverao 1500. You will get to keep your tow hooks. The Curt item # C22NR actually uses the rear mounting bolts for the tow hooks to attach to your Silverado's frame.
