Will a Westin bull bar for an 01 ford f150 fit my 03 ford ranger xlt 4x4 with a 3 inch body lift?

There are available Westin Bull Bars that will fit a 2003 Ford Ranger, but one from a 2001 Ford F150 would not fit.
For your Ranger you would want the Aries Bull Bar part # AAB35-3009 as there isn't a Westin option compatible. The part numbers for F-150's are totally different and would not be compatible at all. I've linked the page to all of your options for your 2003 Ranger to assist.
