Are There Fold-Down RV Steps Compatible With A 19-1/4 Wide Entry Threshold

I just bought a 2018 Palomino Backpack that has a 19 1/4 wide threshold. I’m trying to find a set of new-style aluminum steps that fold up inside the rig all I have found so far are in the 24-30” range. Doesn’t someone make a narrower set of steps that would be suitable for my new truck camper. The threshold ground clearance is just at 31”. Appreciate any advice you could give me..

The smallest threshold size for fold-down steps is with MORryde's # MR86RR at 21-3/4" so there wouldn't be a fold-down option small enough to fit your Palomino's threshold. You would have to stick with a set of scissor steps like the TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear # TLA7833 which would just bolt to the wall under the door threshold and would be able to fit your 31" entry height. They also come with adjustable landing gear feet to provide more stability when walking up or down the steps.
