I recommend the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTX74TR for your 2024 Chevrolet Colorado. I prefer this cover as it is easily retractable and can lock in several positions so you can open it slightly for odd sized loads while still protecting items in your bed. The slats on the cover are a polycarbonate so it will not scratch or fade over time like painted and vinyl options.
Also the cover is capable of supporting up to 200lbs and it does included T-Slots which will allow you to add items like a Ladder Rack # Y01151-58 or Overlander Rack # Y01152-5855.
