The Gen-Y Iron Grip Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin # GY99FR will help stabilize your Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-1623 but it won't lock it to your hitch receiver. It has a unique shape that won't be as easy to mess with using standard tools, but it doesn't require a key to be removed. If you want to lock everything up and minimize the rattle then I recommend using the following:

- InfiniteRule Hitch Lock Gen-Y 32K Ball Mount # 34061080-D
- Gen-Y Anti-Rattle Clamp # GY28XR

This keeps the ball mount snugged up against the hitch receiver and then the lock keeps the ball mount secured to your hitch receiver like what you're looking for.
