Disabling Factory Mirror Memory Setting on 2008 GMC Sierra Denali for K-Source Tow Mirrors
Published 04/04/2014 >
Question:
I installed the mirrors, very straight forward. Easy using a U tube video. No instructions came in the box. I disabled the tilt mirror function, but the mirrors still self adjust on startup. Is it the backup assist beeper or what to disable the memory function. Need help, other than that the mirrors are great, just what I needed for my 102inch wide trailer, normal slip on mirrors were just not wide enough.

To disable the memory settings when using the K-Source replacement towing mirrors # KS62093-94G you will want to turn off the Curb Assist feature on your 2008 GMC Sierra. After you have turned of the curb assist the mirrors should not self adjust when you start the truck.
