Since the Thule TracRac TracONE part # TH27000XTB installs by wrapping around the bed rails it does not fit with a tonneau cover at same time. You instead would need a ladder rack that installs by attaching to the tops of the truck bed rails like the part # A35WG if you have a 5-1/2 foot bed, part # A42WG if you have a 6-1/2 foot bed, or part # A24JG if you have a long bed.
