Yes, it will! The Curt Hitch item # C12184 has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek except for the hybrids. You will have no compatibility issues installing this on a Wilderness model.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56040 and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
