I want to install the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles Item # HM56200 on my 2013 Wrangler JK. I currently have a trailer towing connection ed into the left tail light wiring. How can I have both? Thanks.

If I'm understanding you correctly, then you already have trailer wiring installed and you won't actually need the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56200.
If you wanted to use the Hopkins wiring harness instead, then you'd need to disconnect your current wiring and connect the Hopkins.
If you're referring to adding a set of wiring so your Jeep can be flat towed, I recommend adding the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267.
This is a universal wiring harness that will tie into your vehicle's factory wiring and will provide the connection needed to flat tow your vehicle.
If you need the complete setup, you're also going to need a base plate # BX1126, a tow bar # BX7380, and a braking system # SM99251.
