Does Curt Hitch C34ER Fit 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe with Full Sized Spare

Hi! I have a 23 Hyundai Santa Fe. I’m wanting to put a full size spare tire under my car. 235-60-18. Will any of y’all’s hitches allow for that? I bought a Curt hitch for my Santa Fe in March i believe, and a full size spare does not work with it. But i see that y’all have a different Curt hitch now
