Can I drill through the tray to add things like tie-down points and such to secure the cargo?

Yes, you can drill into the MORryde RV Cargo Sliding Tray # MR25FR and install whatever you want, I just recommend double checking that any hardware you install doesn't keep the tray from operating correctly.
