For your 2021 Chevy Tahoe, I recommend the Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2" Ball item # C45056. This ball mount has a 4" drop, a 2" rise and a 7,500 lbs capacity. I have linked a review video below that will go over the functions of this ball mount.
I also recommend purchasing the etrailer Hitch Receiver Lock item # e98881. This locking hitch pin will secure your ball mount from theft.
